National Executive was formed in Mandeville on February 23, 1985, and is the umbrella organization under which all Chapters fall.  It oversees the hosting of the Annual All-Island Judging Competitions to select the All-Island Administrative Professional of the Year (AIAPOTY) and the All-Island Boss of the Year (AIBOTY), and the Local Convention and Education Forum.  These events are held on the first Sunday in April and the first Thursday to Sunday in October each year, respectively.

The Committee comprises the:

• Public Relations Officer
• Legal Counsel
• Immediate Past President

The Immediate Past President (IPP) is retained as a member of the National Executive.  These Officers are elected at the Annual General Meeting.
